A new space where art, architecture, craftsmanship, design and technology come together to create a new experience of living.
Florence, 29 May 2026 – On Friday 29 May, Home Gallery Firenze officially opened its space in the heart of the city, presenting to the public a project that goes beyond the traditional concept of a showroom.
Home Gallery Firenze was born as a home to live in. A place designed to slow down, observe, touch and rediscover the value of quality through objects, materials, relationships and emotions. A space where art, architecture, design, technology and local culture interact to offer a new experience of contemporary living.
At the heart of the project lies a simple yet profound question: how can we reclaim the quality of living in a time that moves ever faster?
The answer takes shape in a real space: a CasaClima Gold home built by Abitare A+, where quality is not merely described or certified, but can be experienced every day through an ecosystem of companies, professionals, artists and collaborators who share a common vision.
Home Gallery brings together a curated network of partners from different yet complementary worlds. Among them Abitare A+, Technogym, Meritalia, Agave, Stratifico, Ever Life Design, Giacopini Design, Toscanini, Martinelli Luce, Carrara Home Design, Bufalini, Teporia, Plumy, Pard Design and IP Industrie.
The artistic dimension of the project is represented by works by Claudia Marino and Francesca Nicchi and through collaboration with Galleria 360, helping to create an ongoing dialogue between creativity, research and everyday life.
Alongside the worlds of design and art, Home Gallery also develops collaborations with important local and cultural organisations such as Slow Food Firenze APS, Movimento Turismo del Vino Toscana, Cantina Rocca di Frassinello, Filo&Fibra and the Slow Food Community/Cassetta di Cottura di San Casciano dei Bagni, with the aim of building a bridge between living, the territory and authentic experiences.
The choice of Florence is no coincidence. A city that symbolises beauty, manufacturing, artistic research and design culture, it represents the ideal place to host a space that brings past and future, craftsmanship and innovation, tradition and contemporaneity into dialogue.
The inaugural event on 29 May marked the beginning of this journey, welcoming guests, professionals and representatives of the various organisations involved in the project. An initial moment of encounter that gave shape to a shared vision: to create an open place, in continuous evolution, where people are not simply visitors, but an integral part of a permanent laboratory dedicated to the quality of living.
As Carlo Petrini used to remind us: «Those who sow utopia reap reality.»
Home Gallery Firenze was born from precisely this conviction: to transform a shared vision into a concrete space, built thanks to the contribution of companies, designers, artists, craftspeople and professionals who believed in the possibility of creating something different.
Welcome to Home Gallery Firenze.
Where beauty is not only aesthetic.
It is quality of living.
